Axe and Kindle Return Policy for Non-Returnable Items
We aim to provide clear and fair policies to ensure a positive shopping experience with Axe and Kindle. Due to the nature of our product offering, cancellation or returns once your firewood order has shipped are not permitted.
Restocking Fee and Service Charge
If a firewood order needs to be cancelled after it has shipped, the customer will be charged a fifty percent (50%) Service Charge and Restocking Fee due to the nature of the product.
